Plataforma Activities:

a) Which of the suggestions mentioned here are you actually following, or thinking of following soon?

- Get into an exercise routine ,I trainned soccer 3 days in the week.
- Give your liver a breather, with my friends usually we join to drink beer in a bar

b) With your teacher, talk about the meaning of these phrases from the article:

- Give your liver a breather: it’s like taking a break, rest.
- Quaff beer with your mates : When with your friends join and drink beer.
- Stock up on plump, fresh fruit: Eat fruit and vegetables to being healthy
- Do regular hamstring stretches: You do that after when you do physical activity.
- Many blokes regard their 20s as their cowboys-don’t-cry decade: some guys spend their twenties drinking a lot of beer and doing some strong and hard sports, so in the future their bodies will have some troubles.

This picture was taking in 2006, when i was in II grade.
Here I'am with the boys in the Tournament organizated in my school,our team got to the final match.
I choose this picture because with all this guys I lived beautiful moments, almost there I lived 14 years in the school, it's soo much time, so for that is so special and important the picture.
With the boys started to play togeter in 2005, in this tournament we couldn't get the next phase, but it's understandable because it was our first time playing together.
In 2006 we got to the final and we lost, the worst was in the other team my brother was playing.
In 2007 againg we couldn't get the next phase, we were so disappointed because we thought that we could play the final match.
In 2008 was so funny because the semifinal match was programated 1 day after the PSU, we almost played drunk because in the night we went to a party to celebrate that we past the PSU, so because of that we lost the match.
And this is the history of the picture, many things that we lived together.

The amazing cellphone

This article is one of the most used for me. It is useful to communicate anywhere with people, besides other secondary uses.

I got my first one 6 years ago approximately, and it was very heave and large, I only used it to call, because it hasn’t another functions. Later, I changed the model frequently; the idea was to have a more up to date model.

Nowadays I have one that I can use to listen to music, the design is pretty too, because is thin and more comfortable for use. Generally I use it to listen to music and to call my friends; I play the games that it has too.

This object is very important cause it helps me to communicate with people in anyplace of the city, and if I have problems, I can call somebody to ask for help, it is very useful, without it I’d be isolate.
